This a bit confusing. Whats clear is that

Its a limited overs game world record which the holder would be proud of.

Its not a country, ground or team record NOR is it an individual record. Difficult to think of a record which belongs neither to an individual, nor a team, nor a country nor a ground ? and yet the names are those of individuals.

Is it a record where two individuals are involved every-time the record is created like a keeper/bowler record ?
