Cricketer Of The Year
Perhaps something like lost an ODI after scoring 300 runs? (given that the question doesn't necessarily state its a test match record)

If thats not correct, is it a test record?


Edit: actually cancel that question, have just seen your response to SJS. ;)

2nd edit: would it have anything to do with enforcing the follow on?

Ahk...had a feeling the test nations part of the question meant it had something to do with ODIs rather than tests..

Hard to think of a record Australia wouldn't be proud of given it doesn't have to do with losing (which is why I thought of 99's)

I will let others think about it as I have to go. :)
