LOL!

My MRF Genius Limited Edition is genuine as I shelled a fair bit of cash on it, rather than something like $70 like you see on e-bay :p

Wow, an MRF Genius LE, that must have set you back a fair amount! Anyway, I don't know why anyone would order a bat off eBay without even picking it up, let alone not knowing if it was genuine or not.

Cause you can't get Maliks in shops here, and if you could they'd be about £150+? This one was £35. :p

I suppose so, but that leaves you open to exploitation by Pakistani tradesmen, an experience which you do not want to go through. The only way to be sure that what you are getting is made of willow and not a pine plank is to either go to Pakistan yourself or buy it off a specialist asian bats website.

The guy I bought it from wasn't just some guy, it was a company selling loads of bats plus other stuff (rugs and things), they just happened to do it over eBay. The bat is awesome anyway, the middle is amazing. It's definitely willow. :D

On the other hand, if you do get a genuine bat, it's well worth the risk and the minor price tag.:)
