I'm no expert, but I've noticed a few technical issues:

- Your non bowling arm comes all the way across your body, which from the few pieces of technical bowling manuals I've read is genuinely considered a bad thing, and it's best to just load up straight
- Your bowling arm at the point of release is nowhere near straight. Straight lines are often considered one of the key make-ups of a good bowling action, but yours is nowhere near that straight line. There's a picture to show you below.
- You have absoloutely zero follow through, you just seem to bowl and stop, if you want to generate more pace you need to drive your hips through and follow through your action to help generate that extra pace.

I've just whacked a couple of lines on there to show where your arm is currently (the blue line), and roughly where it should be at the point of delivery, which is basically directly above your front leg, creating this straight line effect.

I'm sure I'll be corrected on a couple of points, but using my basic knowledge that's what I've come up with! Take from it what you can.

wow, thats some good stuff. i knew i was never a good bowler, but with what you've said i can now identify where i need to improve and hopefully become a decent bowler.

By any chance do you have any drills or tips for me to work with?

Well, you lean to the side a lot. And your head is tilted much too much to the side.

this is great advice. Just to illustrate more here is a picture of someone with the bowling arm straight at the point of release:

The trick is to get your shoulders pointing at the batsman when you load up, your nose and hips pointing to him when you release the ball and your shoulders (after a full rotation) pointing towards him after release.

Im playing in a tournament next week for the U15 side in my school. The problem is I'm the main batsman. I go in at 1 and have to bat the full twenty overs. What should I do?

Hmmm, no offense or anything buddy, but what exactly does this have to do with my bowling?

You should do the following:
Measure your run up.
Decide if you are going to bowl open chested or closed. You can't be both.
Always before releasing the ball, make sure sure you use your wrists to get extra pace and bounce.
If you want extra bounce **** your wrist backwards.
Once you bowl line and length. You can start bowling variations such as the outswinger, inswinger, slower one etc.
There...

You've got no rhythm, no flow, no leap, and no brace in your front leg.

Focus on your batting. :p
