Most charismatic cricketer ever?

I agree, I thought after reading some of the comments, especially 8ankitj's comments, that for all these years, I had the wrong understanding of what Charismatic means, turns out I haven't and some people are making it mean what they want.
IMHO, no one has a clear understanding of what charismatic means nor is there wide agreement on what constitutes charisma. It doesn't help that we usually treat charisma by resorting to circular logic: we decide on who is charismatic by looking at who's popular.

To some, it is a special gift vouchsafed by God, as grace or favour. To others it means powerfully inspirational leadership or authority. I personally liked this definition:
the power of apparently effortless embodiment of contradictory qualities simultaneously: strength and vulnerability, innocence and experience, and singularity and typicality among them - 'public intimacy,' the assurance that the person who's not like anyone we've ever met is just like one of us after all.
It is not just some people who are making it mean what they want; it is every one who uses what essentially is an imprecise word.

Being a world-class cricketer is not a sufficient condition for being a charismatic cricketer, but it is a necessary condition.

For example, I won't rate Muttiah Muralitharan as the most charismatic cricketer I have seen, although I shall rate him as the best spin bowler the world has ever seen. (example for the 'not sufficient' part)

Also, I personally find Shane Warne to be an extremely charismatic cricketer. I, and hopefully most of the others, wouldn't opine the same had he been a bowler of Ashley Giles' calibre. (example for the 'necessary' part)
