Tough one. Boult would have been better if he didn't took break and retired early. Starc on other hand has played everywhere, and often found himself getting picked in conditions where most pacers are likely to fail anyways, shown excellent fitness and doesn't skip tests. So I might give Starc a bit more point for hanging longer despite being a genuine fast bowler at his prime while Boult was a medium pacer.

Close. For left-armers with 200+ wickets it is

Wasim Akram then a big gap to the 6 others, the best of whom would be Wagner and the worst of whom (no disrespect to a good bowler) would be Zaheer Khan.

Then it is very difficult to order Boult/Johnson/Starc/Vaas (I've done it alphabetically) who fall in the middle.

Starc>Johnson>Boult>Vaas imo. Vaas clearly has the worst away record of the four. Could swap Boult with Johnson.

Starc is the ODI goat and a slightly underrated Test bowler.

Boult in NZ and England, Starc in Australia.

I would go:
Wagner
Starc
Boult
Johnson
Vaas
Zak
