I can't believe I ate the whole thing
Reckon Nix was underused in the series. Was a gun character, would've benefitted from more on screen time.

I've already seen the States, I grew up there. That's why I came to Europe, just wish they told me a war was going on.

I found the tail end of the series weaker without Guarnere but he got his leg blown off so he was hardly going to be carrying on.

Haha. He was by far the best character of that series together with Guarnere.
He was pretty awesome, along with Toye who went out at the same time.

Coincided with things winding down on the Western Front, hence the weakness. The front half of the series is obviously the strongest.


For some reason I didn't really like the episode centering around Doc, or Webster. Though in the Webster one Colin Hanks's was pretty good.

Simon Pegg was the pick of the cameos, while Jimmy Fallons was the worst.
