Pretty rude imoTbf, one is shortpitched and he's generally wrong about most things, so just one.

Bron could have got lot more scoring title if he wanted. That’s just not he does. He can see and exploit a mismatch as well as anyone ever and he can create a mismatch better than anyone ever. He's a better passer, ballhandler, and rebounder than Jordan. He's also more unselfish. Playing more seasons just adds to Bron’s greatness.lol.
5 x MVP vs 4
10x Scoring Champ vs 1
1 x DPOY vs 0
9 x All Defense vs 6
3 x Steal Champ vs 0
Lets also remember LeBron has played 5 (really 6) seasons more than Jordan. He was also a far better shooter outside the key - unfortunately we only have the shooting data for a few of his seasons - and far better FT shooter. Better offensively and defensively.
He’s a better rebounder because he’s 3 inches taller and half the players don’t even bother for a rebound these days. Jordan actually has a better offensive rebounding rate than LeBron.Bron could have got lot more scoring title if he wanted. That’s just not he does. Other than being better passer, ballhandler, and rebounder Bron has a better FG%, 3 PT%. Also 6 years more of greatness which just adds to his legacy. He’s a better rebounder because he’s 3 inches taller and half the players don’t even bother for a rebound these days. Thanks.Pretty rude imo
And MJ is a better scorer and defender. And the fg% is marginal 50.5% vs 49.7%. Fwiw as a SG MJs fg% is also 50.5%. Then there's free throws and there, it's not close. 6 more years of stat padding actually because the ultimate goal in nba basketball is championships not stats. And that's precisely what Shaq said. Lebron cannot make his goat claim based off of rings or accolades so he'll pile up stats and do it from that perspective. If I'm building a team to win though I'm starting with MJ, Kareem, Russell, Tim etc not stat padders.Other than being better passer, ballhandler, and rebounder Bron has a better FG%, 3 PT%. You are aware that MJ has the record for most blocks in a season by a SG: 131. The most Lebron ever managed is 80 something and he's 6 9. You are aware only one person has ever led the league is scoring, steals and won DPOY simultaneously: MJ. People think triple doubles mean all round greatness; no. All round greatness in basketball means being great offensively as well as defensively which is why those types of players tend to succeed more: MJ, Kobe, Tim, Russell, Kareem. Compare this to triple double machines like Lebron, WestBrook, Oscar and Kid who have a big fat 6 rings amongst themselves.Bron is the better player. The only thing Jordan has over Lebron is his championship. If we go by that logic Jordan is still nowhere close to The Goat. 11 is wayy more than 6.
Luckily for Jordan, DPOY award didn’t exist when Wilt was playing. Otherwise Wilt led the league in Scoring, Reb, Blocks etc for many many seasons simultaneously not just once. You are aware that MJ has the record for most blocks in a season by a SG: 131. Nice switch of the subject when it make LeFlop look bad. Classic move.Luckily for Jordan, DPOY award didn’t exist when Wilt was playing. Otherwise Wilt led the league in Scoring, Reb, Blocks etc for many many seasons simultaneously not just once.
They’re not the same sport, and its not a good comparison. If we had 50 tests a season and and MVP every year sure.Isn’t someone like Hobbs and mainly Tendulkar’s longevity make them better than Smith? Otherwise Peak Smith would be at least a league if not two higher than Tendulkar.
Longevity is still longevity. If it’s about how good someone at their peak was, why don’t you rate Viv based on how good he was at his peak? They’re not the same sport, and its not a good comparison. If we had 50 tests a season and and MVP every year sure.
I agree with the Wilt assessment, unfortunately Blocks and Steals weren't recorded in his time. I actually believe that had steals and blocks been a thing in Wilts day, he'd be the first and only player to achieve a quintuple double.Luckily for Jordan, DPOY award didn’t exist when Wilt was playing. Otherwise Wilt led the league in Scoring, Reb, Blocks etc for many many seasons simultaneously not just once.
There was a YouTube short the other day that asked why Duncan isn't in the GOAT debate, really no good answer tbh. He's better than Kobe and really compares favorable with LebronAnd MJ is a better scorer and defender. And the fg% is marginal 50.5% vs 49.7%. Fwiw as a SG MJs fg% is also 50.5%. Haha. I've heard this argument b4 but did Lebron lead the league in any defensive statistical category? A big fat no. And either way, fact remains Lebron has 0.0 DPOY. Bron is a very good defender but he's not great. Even by position, he's not the greatest defensive Small forward: Pippen, Rodman etc are ahead. MJ is the the best defensive guard and shooting guard of all time period.Bron’s loss to Marc Gasol in Defensive Player of the Year voting in 2013 is one of the more egregious errors in the history of NBA awards voting. Gasol made the 2nd team and Bron made the 1st. Bron should have won and everyone with right mind knows that.
Smh. Apples and oranges dude. In basketball, there's a discernable goal ie to win nba rings, in cricket it's not as clear cut considering the different formats and the fact that they're so many distinctive roles.Longevity is still longevity. If it’s about how good someone at their peak was, why don’t you rate Viv based on how good he was at his peak?
Had McGrath played 21 years with same consistency to compare to Marshall’s 13, who would be The Goat? You must be delusional to say anyone would have Marshall ahead in that scenario.
Um no. In 21 years he has one. To say he could have had more scoring titles is equivalent of me saying MJ could've averaged more rebounds and assists.Bron could have got lot more scoring title if he wanted. Sure brother sure. His 3 steals titles, and record blocks in a season for a guard says otherwise. Not to mention his record 9 all nba defensive 1st teams vs what 5 for James. It's not close. Lebron doesn't even play defense anymore and hasn't in years. Among all guards MJ is 1st in blocks per game and 3rd in steals per game. I compare him to other guards because expecting a guard to average more blocks than centers and forwards is absurd if you understand how basketball positions function. Lebron a better defender than JordanJordan wasn't a better defender than LeBron imo. He gambled almost as much on the court as he did off it.
