He's the kind of guy IMO who wouldn't put an iota of the effort into playing for "Pune Warriors" as he would for his country. Shane Watson would be an example of the opposite.

In short he cannot adapt according to the requirement - that is precisely his shortcoming rather than something to laud about.

If he's getting paid to play for Pune Warriors, he better put in the iota of effort or otherwise he isn't just good as a professional cricketer. And it's not as if his T20I records are stellar either. :P
