Match #19- India vs Pakistan (D)- Nassau County Cricket Stadium, New York- June 9th-- Group A

This is ****ing absurd sending Patel. Surya is still reckoned a proper batsman, yes? Why wouldn't you want him to bat fifteen overs?

LMAO protecting their last recognised batsman by sending Axar. This is what happens when you stuff your XI with "all-rounders"

I think its more poor execution than poor planning. Rohit seemed to be in the mood to be careful with balls outside or on off stump but trying to be aggressive with balls into his body. The flick should have gone a lot finer though. Same with Virat. Maybe he could have given himself a sighter given the wicket.

Pak favorites now.
All I can gather from dismissals is that the wicket is really slow and not easy to bat on.

Just wait until the Pakistan batting comes on. This pitch will look like a minefield

Its not easy to bat on which is why its a big advantage to bowl first and bat when you know you only need to chase 140 at best.

Seems like Axar was sent out to see of the powerplay and negotiate the two left arm seamers. Did his job. Time for SKY to get stuck in.

150 might be a good score on this deck, does seem to have flattened out a bit.
