Low Ceiling Draft

Since the only draft game i was in has finished I thought I'd try to run one myself.

Pretty straightforward -
1. Players who have scored a Test double century are ineligible
2. Players who have taken 10 wickets in Test are ineligible

Every other test player (min 1) is up for grabs.

Usual draft rules of random order reversed then re-randomised every other round
8 hours per pick before being skipped.
10 teams seems about right
Vote for top 3 to decide the winner

So i reckon its going to be picking quality players rather than superstars.
The biggest oddity i have noticed is Jason Gillespie - would have been one of the best bowlers, if not for his 201 in final test
