Might be wildly wrong, but when I was last in Bangladesh (c. 2001) Megawati was there and I seem to recall a trade deal being made to import rocks from Indonesia. Only remember it because it struck me as an odd thing to have to import. If there's some sort of shortage they probably shouldn't be throwing them anyway.
