Second Test vs Bangles:

Bangles won the toss and went in to bat. Shounaz got the early wicket of Omar, and when Macca ended Bashar's spirited 109 ball 29, a collapse was always going to happen. Bangles were all out in the first innings for 130 runs, the spin of Macca, steds and Rob working a treat.

Buddhy and Nick then put on 143 without being troubled, until Hossain got one to beat Buddhy, who was out for 83. Borcich lasted 216 balls at the crease, making 86 runs in a great knock. Murphy and Stedman then made 50s, while Dauth was run out just before his half century, going for a silly single. Stedman kept his wicket, until a rain delay stopped play, during which Murphy closed the TF's innings at 7/397, a 267 run lead.

The TF bowlers were on the attack from the word go, seeming to get a wicket every few overs. Bangles only had to face 53 overs, as Patrick ran riot taking 7/61 from a mammoth spell of 26.2 overs without a break. The TF won by an innings and 144 runs.

Earlier today, Jamee Gray and Agent TBY accepted attractive packages, comprising of accomodation, food and work opportunities, to leave the TF team and go to Queanbeyan Eagles u/13 B. The Testing Forum players and coaching staff wish to inform that both Gray and TBY were co-operative, valued members of the team, and will be missed.

Gray and TBY will be replaced by young Queanbeyan Eagles u/13 B all-rounder Miles Mittensmonger (pictured below), a handy all-rounder who will provide stability and attractive strokeplay in the TF A middle order and offer another bowling option with his nippy medium seamers.

Mittensmonger will take place in the TF A match Vs Tasmania, due to take place shortly.

We wish all players involved a fruitfull future.

Pretty thrilled to get another opportunity after my robbed-twice-and-didn't-bowl experience in the last game.
You atleast got nine overs. I got none. And I'm supposed to be the next Shane Warne (with the ball that is, with the bat I'm better :p).

Well done, boys. Mittensmonger had a decent debut as well, for TF-A. Still can't get a bowl myself, can I?

Take it up with Andy.
Is he online right now? I added him on my MSN last night, but he doesn't seem to be online, neither has it showed his display name in the offline instead of the e-mail address... or he has ignored my invitation! :-O
