My bad. In answer to the mini-debate, this question quite clearly assumes one fell, so neither answer is correct on any technicality. It's not as though anyone said "no" on the basis they thought that no wickets would fall. So I'll just skip this one, and say everyone gets through.

2. Will the top scorer for the day be an opening batsman?
Now that one we can answer. Yes.

Nah, in seriousness I thought the first wicket would fall lbw. But I felt if we won the toss we'd bat through and assumed No would cover no wickets falling.
