He hasn't looked like it in the IPL so far. But it's just 2 games and it isn't red ball cricket. So, hoping for peak Bumrah in June-July still.

Only saw the 1st game and in it he went for 29 in 4 overs while the others let RCB score 220+.

He doesn't have to perform at the level. But it's possible that injuries have taken a greater took on him as I suspect.
I'll take AUS/NZ/ENG/SA over them both, perhaps ENG less so in spinning conditions. I don't think they're notably better apart from name value against the rest save AFG/IRE. This is era based, to be clear, aka taking the sides across Kohli's tenure overall.
