Ashwin is the better bowler - note I say better, not more effective. He’s a comfortably superior bowler, but only a marginally more effective bowler (if that).
But Jadeja is quite clearly the better cricketer. He’s a better batsman, and as far as fielding goes LOL

Ashwin leads in terms of variety. But skill can be such a difficult term to define, I don't know how the ability to bowl accurately (and augmented with subtle variations of pace, trajectory and lengths at will) is any inferior to the ability to bowl 5 kinds of deliveries in an over. Both have fed of each other tbh due to how complementing their skill sets are.
