Wow! Thought I had no chance of winning, looking at the scores for Round 2, but I ended up with a win and now sit 2nd on the table and the best differential of any side. I've made a few changes this week, got rid of the consistent dud in Peachey...what was I thinking? (Selecting him in the first place).

Mass changes for the side next week after an abysmal performance. All Knights are now axed and I've gone on a storm buying spree. I knew at the start of the year they're be the team to beat and i shoulda had faith in my judgement. Matt Utai also had to be dropped to make way for Matt Orford, but geyer moves to the starting line up now which is good. Orford will lead me to a title.

I hadn't realised Minichiello didn't play for The Roosters. He was my captain too & listed in the starting line up before the game; anyone one know what's happened to him?

How can you make all those changes with only 2 per round?

The signs were good last Saturday from the Warriors, but they will need to start putting 2 or 3 wins back to back I feel before they will feel hopeful about the rest of the season. They've got a tricky tie against the Cowboys at home this week..a good test for them.

A win's a win

delighted to be 2 from 2 with Marc to play next week.

I wanted Slater but couldn't afford him. So I've gone for Stewart to replace Peachey. Watmough will replace Tate, as I doubt the broncs will put too many over the roosters. My dogs should hold me in good stead thoguh, with a likely thrashing of the Tigers.

I've gone for Jason Smith from the Raiders and Tim Smith from the Eels to paly in the halves this week. Both have been my reserve 5/8 and half back respectively for the past 2 rounds and firman and thurston haven't put enough points on for my liking. Stringer in for Stevens who I just realised had been in my starting team since round 1

Wiki is a big loss, but I think they can overcome that at least at home anyway.

Dumped Bott in favour of Thorn too &, obviously, the little fella runs in a try....

sure thorn had him 1 up on tries, but over the course of the season Bott will run in 13+ tries, Thorn will get 2 or 3...

Yeah, but he got a lot more chances than the big fella yesterday! Think I'll stick with Fitz tho, better kicker & The Roosters won't be that bad every week.

Think I'll bring Bott back next week; Manly have got the bye so I'll dump Menzies for Thorn (who's on me bench) & bring Bott onto it.

Luke Rooney: dump or not? 3 games, no tries & he cost over $200k. Disappointed as he looked the mutt's nuts in the tri-nations.
