We are the form team of the competition. And are now 4 points from the leader with 4 rounds remaining, if we can extend our streak to 9-0 we could win it, but that will be tough. We've now increased our expectations from top 5 to top 3. We have crucial matches against Simon and Cloete to close the season.

A good week for the top 5, with only Cloete dropping a point to Ian's Team in a high scoring draw. I manage to jam another 2 point win (must be my fourth or fifth!) to maintain my slender lead at the top, Mr Wright continues his impressive late season form (ironically for a Broncos fan! ) & PSV and Watsons Eagles both register solid wins.

In the all-English clash Steds prevails, bringing Marc's good run to a halt & leaving him still clutching the wooden spoon.

Continuing the prompt service of last week, Sportal have got the results up quickly again. In a shock result Darryl's ElectronicRoosters beat Watsons Eagles to again give me a 3-point cushion after my win over Marc's struggling AA knows nothing!. If I manage another victory next week I'll be champ with a round to spare. No pressure then....

Cloete, Broncoman & Mr Wright all register wins, Kyle keeping his winning steak going by the narrowest of margins in a one point win over Ian's Team. Steds top scores for the round with a healthy 70 points & with only 2 rounds left is now safe of the threat of the spoon. Marc looks fav.....

I wish I had of known about these types of games like VNRL and sportal when the scores were excessively high every week.

I'm jizzed. I has Vagana as my skipper after The Sharks whipped Manly last week, so of course The Knights crucify Cronulla this week. So that's 0 from kicker & 0 from captain!

Bah. My Eels saved me from complete humiliation with a try to Tim Smith, a hat-trick to Ben Smith & 2 to Morris for the win, but I've still only got 40 for the round. No way will that be enough.

Cloete, did you cut Matt Sing when he got that injury? Because if you did that would kind of be ironic because I picked him up after he came back and between him and Johns they scored about all my points.

The Riders could now win the competition if they win their final round against PSV and other results go their way.
