I'm not doubting any of that is true, after all, you'd know, right? My main gripe here is that if Monty does slot into test cricket nicely [I hope he does] and proves to be a better pick than Giles in tes arena, that he shouldn't play ahead of Giles [who isn't rubbish, but tactics aside, look at his stats] because Giles can contribute, on average, something like 15 runs [a guess] per innings? That's a joke. If you want to bowl the best side in the world out 2 times a match in their home country you need your best bowlers playing.
Who knows, Giles could prove he's a much better player and keep his spot.
