That is the biggest challenge that India has. In most of the overseas pitches, India cannot play more than one spinner and when there are 2 of the quality of Ash and Jaddu, it is so difficult to choose from them. With Jadeja improving his batting furthermore, India should ideally play both of them in all matches.

As an allrounder, he has done well in overseas conditions as well. Will only get better if he gets more games though.
