Good question. He definitely has the numbers of an ATG. But maybe his numbers can't be taken at face value.

Also depends on how many ATG's there are.

I would put him in the top tier of all rounders, sure. Possibly the best spin all rounder of all time really because you'd pick Sobers as a bat (whose bowling was handy but he wasn't at the same level).
