That was a definite no ball. You could clearly see a part of the line behind his foot. Don't know what got into the 3rd but that was a wrong call, and might just have cost Punjab the game.

The behind shot showed a part of his boot behind the line, may have been an illusion though, tough call either way.

Was going to say that has come from someone whom has obviously not watched Kane over the last few years and is going on his 20/20 statistics alone.

He is a better t20 player than I give him credit for,but while he would add to other teams. Sunrisers don't desperately need that type of anchor batsman, they have enough of them.

However if they don't plan to use Ravi to much as a bowler they may as well give Kane a go rather than persist with Ravi who can't get anybody over the line.

Somebody has been watching Kane Williamson tape from 2010....

I think every game I've seen from SHR one of Henriques, Morgan or Bopara has played a knock of 25+ and scored at less than run a ball, you honestly think that would happen with Williamson?

Been a better batsman in 2015 than Eoin Morgan is nothing to be proud of.

Ravi and Henriques do add some bowling to be fair, and their is always a slight doubt over the likes of Praveen and the back up Sunrisers bowlers (rasool and Ishant have been awful).

Its a tricky one, he is a better bat, but the 2 all rounders do provide some bowling and he is any more likely to go harder than Ojha, Rahul etc?

Why not pick Steyn, Boult, Warner and Kane as the 4 overseas guys and then build the rest of the side around them? Why muck around so much?

KW has a T20 e/r of 7 (admittedly mostly with old action) on NZ "postage stamp" grounds. He'd be fine. Tbh I don't really care - I just want him to score 300+ runs in the England test series

Hasn't bowled much with the legal action though, so its a bloody tough league to throw him into, Ravi and Henriques have done a fair bit of t20 bowling over the years so they are much safer if blander options.

Rasool is the bowling all rounder who can surely fire in combination with Karn but then they will have to leave out one of the Kumars... Ideally, Ashish Reddy is the allrounder.. PK, BK and Karn can all swing the bat and so can Steyn so they really should just pick 5 batters up top...
