With over 5 hours lost due to rain interruptions, this match was almost a draw. At one point GIMH had Andrew on his knees in the 3rd Innings with the score at 6/63! But Walcott & Rhodes digging in bigtime rescued their team before a clever declaration either late on day four or early on in the fifth morning.

Rhodes is now averaging 50+ with the bat, and 70+ with the ball. I'm termpted to make him an opener and drop Hutton (that was only his second innings of 30+).

Much better showing from Shri's team, but Hobbs & Sutcliffe were at their best in Howe's 2nd dig.

The People's Champions (bye)
On to the business end of the series now, each team still has a mathematical chance of making the finals though.

Grumpy

U19 Vice-Captain
The team's been on a strict diet and a gruelling regiment of swimming laps between the islands during the last round. AZH's soft approach of no changes has made this useless bunch of maggots lazy and faint hearted. The players have now realised I am different and am expecting the results to be too.

Oh ****. Anwar comes in to replace an opener on ****** form and...scores a duck. Miandad still not pulling his ****ing weight and Bevan does the job he was brought in to do. But of course I had to play against Howe's side making all that irrelevant. Same side for the next game:

S Anwar
G Smith
K Sangakkara
M Hussey
J Miandad
M Bevan
