Cricketer Of The Year
A good thing, in that it reflects two other good things: (1) the advance of India generally and (2) the love which the people of that country have for our sport.

A bad thing, in that corruption and short term greed seem to be so entrenched.

On balance, I'm happy to allow the BCCI's utterly ridiculous stance against the UDRS to serve as a more-or-less random tie-breaker. And so the "a bad things" have it.

Two excellent points.

I'm still in the "bad" camp, but the main reason I think India are a bad influence for cricket is something that India can't help.
