Understandably, a reflexive reaction will be to just follow your usual instincts, that is to invest time into a sport and team you have always liked and a sport nationally important

But a dispassionate look at the direction of paks position and future within the sport is clearly marginal and at the behest of Indian dictat.

Pakistan is not fully unique in this , but NZ, sa, wi have other sports , paks national sport is cricket by a long way, and controlled by a historical and current nemesis.... So you tell me, where is the bright future?

Next T20 World Cup is in Sri Lanka and India. So Pakistan will play in Sri Lanka.

2031 ODI WC is in Bangladesh and India so Pakistan will just play in Bangladesh.

It's no big deal for India's POV though ICC will have to work something out for always having an Ind pak fixture in the group stage.
