Yes like Hayden he will simply count down the deliveries most of the time to play him out. However if Shoaib is in one of those wonder spells.it doesn't matter who is in front of him.Sunny will win in my opinion
He now has protective equipment and better support too and will wear Shoaib down.
If performs against India in India , rabada's number in Asia will be legandery.
Feels like CW consensus has already shifted quite a bit from the poll done last year.
PS, why was Rabada voted in ahead of Bumrah. Even at that point Bumrah was clearly ahead imo.
Rabada should Be place ahead of Waqar.

Imran, Wasim and Waqar are all reverse champs on such pitches. In Asian pitches
Batsman will dominate the Pacers except Bumrah like bolwers .
Why?Rabada should Be place ahead of Waqar.
Because he is simply better.Why?
Not so much at the top, but more in the middle of the packhow so
Rabada has far easier home conditions and is a flop in SC. Seems much more a fairweather bowler.Because he is simply better.
In away condition against top 5 teams
Waqar -31+ AVG with terrible Sr.
Rabada -28 AVG with awesome sr.
Withhold judgement on Rabada, he has a huge series in India coming down, he could pull a Hadlee and fix his Asia statsRabada has far easier home conditions and is a flop in SC. Seems much more a fairweather bowler.
Jimmy doesn't have a problem in Asia at all, better than Cummins there, infact.A poor series and he would be in same tier as Jimmy
I don't think there's much of a gap between Rabada and Waqar tbh. Waqar slightly beats Rabada (1.13 vs 1.17) on match factor, has a better record in Asia and had the better peak. Rabada is better against the top teams and the match factor is probably a bit affected the **** batting lineups he has played with recently. Waqar has the longevity and will go with him for now, but Rabada could change that soon.Rabada has far easier home conditions and is a flop in SC. Seems much more a fairweather bowler.
How do you know about match factors of all cricketers? Where can i get the match factor stats?I don't think there's much of a gap between Rabada and Waqar tbh. Granted it was against Bangladesh, but just watching him bowl was a delight in the recent series. Looked absolutely unplayable. He is a much much improved bowler on Asian tracks.
That would change things of course.Withhold judgement on Rabada, he has a huge series in India coming down, he could pull a Hadlee and fix his Asia stats
SA especially the past 6 years seems just ridiculously easy for a pacer to get worldclass figures. It's almost like you just need to show up and you get a sub 25 average.I don't think there's much of a gap between Rabada and Waqar tbh. You can calculate by going on statsguru. Only issue is you have to do it manually for each player (search your player X in "match involving players" field, set "group figures by" to overall aggregate and tick the pace bowler/spin bowler tickbox accordingly and then you get the overall average by all pacers in the matches played by X. After that you just divide that avg by the player X's average. How do you know about match factors of all cricketers? Where can i get the match factor stats?
Yeah but he hasnt been as bad as advertised away from home. And even at home, he's still been better than the rest and a consistent match winner, even with the bowling friendly conditions.SA especially the past 6 years seems just ridiculously easy for a pacer to get worldclass figures. Why not Farokh75-2000:
Kirmani for Latif
Sure it's close between him and Waqar. Rabada in Australia is a big plus.Yeah but he hasnt been as bad as advertised away from home. And even at home, he's still been better than the rest and a consistent match winner, even with the bowling friendly conditions.
