Imran v Hadlee v Miller

Agreed.

I might even go so far as Imran≈Miller as allrounders, as Miller was probably the most "well-rounded" all-rounder ever. His FC batting average was a lynchpin specialist level at 48.9, so I tend to have sympathy for the idea he may have played in slightly more difficult conditions in Tests than most, suppressing that average.

He's the only one I can see in Test history who would have most clearly made it as a specialist in either discipline.

To me Sobers/Miller/Imran/Hadlee are on a spectrum of the highest possible level of all-round talent, in different mixes (I think Shaun Pollock is also in that mix, but I'm unpopular on that front).
