I've added Donald and Harris as Welsh born players that were omitted from the list of eligible players. Dale was techincally born in South Africa but grew up in Wales and played all his FC cricket in Wales - so IMO he should qualify (last FC appearance was 2004 so he just about qualifies).

Given Bermuda is not in the comp, I'll add David Hemp to replace David Lloyd assuming he's OK to pick for Wales if Bermuda isn't there.

The plate competition is a great idea actually. I'd definitely be keen to do that. Yeah HK have a tough group, but it isn't impossible!

I checked for you, Arshad Ali is eligible whereas Mohammad Aslam isn't.

In general I think there are oversights in Jimmy's list, it's fine to add your own assuming they meet the criteria.

Yeah Reon King and Franklyn Rose looked like proper successors to the great Ambrose and Walsh. And with Dillon there to fulfill the Bishop role, I honestly thought Windies would dominate with 3 great fast bowlers again. Too bad they never lived up to their potential at the international level.

Think Jimmy Adams' loss of form with that injury he had cutting himself was the moment the Windies decline began, IMO. He would have been the perfect captain for the kind of team you had going around then. A team like:
