I can understand why India are refusing to sign the deals - it's not right to violate existing deals.
They must take positives though, it's a chance for the second string to take on the best in the world. What's their team going to be, anyone?

Well, the Indians finally seem to have relented and agreed to play the ICC trophy. Don't know what kind of deal was struck between the board and BCCI, but that's good news for Indian fans.
