Really disappointed in both of these performances.
We fell to 113-6 on the first day of the first one. If we'd made an extra 100...
And that was an awful collapse to Giles chasing a gettable 250 to win the second. Gah.
That's enough for today - need to get over these defeats before I try the ODIs.

ODI series was much less successful for me. Only won one game out of the six, but it was a damn impressive performance against Australia, where the spinners skittled them for 135.
The series didn't have any real thrashings but the batting was never quite good enough, never scoring more than 260 for the entire series and even that game was a 20-run loss. he bowling is looking healthy though, as all but one occasion batting second I was chasing what I thought was a very gettable score.
Shazada still looking damn good too, I'll be keeping him in the side.

Yeah, it's possible his good innings were a fluke - he failed in the last game. But I'll stick with him for now.
Another thing I learned - unproven 18yo quicks with good second team stats are not really a risk worth taking. Samad took 2 wickets @ 105.5, economy rate 6.09. Ouch.

Yeah, failed for me as well. Rafique took a bucket load of wickets at an average of 16! Use him during the middle overs. Batting seems to be the hard part with Bangladesh. Those major collapses seem almost impossible to stop atm. Ahmed is useful with the bat but its nothing like my West Indies game where my top 6 are now averaging well into the 50s.

Nuruzzaman looks solid Ed. I selected him for the tour of England, his form against the Counties was poor and he hardly excited in any of the ODI's.
Who are you playing as WK? I have the young 18 year old Ahmed, he has been great thus far. I recall from another ICC2005 save that he played over 100 games for Bangladesh and averaged in the mid 30's.
