Naughty, but it raised a smile here.

the thing is, i wouldn't mind one bit if he bowledchaminda_00 said:Well that will just show how much better then he is compared the 2nd of all time...
we aren't allowed to discuss that I'm afraid..Legga said:I wonder when he finishes up how many of his"wickets" would be legal.
I am talking real legal(10 degree), not I.C.C.(whatever Murali bowls plus one) legal.
Not many IMO.
to be honest, it'd be boring if he was like Warney, just your run of the mill bowlersilentstriker said:The chucking thing has not just become humorous for me. It is quite funny...people will never let that go. And thats fine. He'll keep taking wickets, and you'll keep whining. Good fun all around.
Yea, well whether you think he chucks or not (And in fact, I think he does, especially the doosra), its irrelevent now because he doesn't under the new rules. His action is now officially legal, and its time to put that to rest.Langeveldt said:to be honest, it'd be boring if he was like Warney, just your run of the mill bowler![]()
I actually think he's now legal, what I resent is how one man has the power to alter some of the games core rules and values.. I will also resent things if a mature discussion between two brains becomes embellished in diatribe and ill feeling, just my two cents..silentstriker said:Yea, well whether you think he chucks or not (And in fact, I think he does, especially the doosra), its irrelevent now because he doesn't under the new rules. In any case, its not his elbow that takes the wickets, its his wrist. Have you seen it? Its ridiculous, its like a helicopter.
It was interesting to note though, that many people legally 'chucked' under the old rules too. Murali's was just more obvious. I agree with you though, that the chucking thing should have been left in the court of the on field umpire.Langeveldt said:I actually think he's now legal, what I resent is how one man has the power to alter some of the games core rules and values.. Anyway, we've covered that, thats done.. Back to the 900 wickets.. I reckon his body will collapse when he gets to about 700

Hit the nail right on the head there.marc71178 said:Editted your typo.
I'd have to agree with that, as well. If Murali was Indian, maybe I'd be less vocal about his action. I don't know. I think Harbhajan chucks his doosra too, but he's not in the same league as Murali bowling wise.nightprowler10 said:Hit the nail right on the head there.
Same here.pasag said:The anti-Murali sentiment ****s me sometimes.
Agreed.pasag said:The anti-Murali sentiment ****s me sometimes.

It's not 'friggin obvious' that most bowlers chuck, but they still do it.Laurrz said:i dunno about Bhajji, but i know its not friggin obvious he chucks
well not to the extent Murali doesDasa said:It's not 'friggin obvious' that most bowlers chuck, but they still do it.
