I rate Pakistani spinners as the country produces some that are actually effective in Australia which is historically a rare achievement. I'd rate Saqlain the best then Mushtaq Ahmed followed by Kaniera. Qasim then Qadir while Ajmal gets 3 red lights and a DQ.
