How much did slip cordons affect McGrath's and Wasim's records?

The main impediment to Tendulkar doing better in that series was he couldn't cope with the captaincy owing to his mental fragility. The Adealide lbw was out every day of the week. Cry more.
That was so weird how many people thought it should automatically have been not out, just because he ducked a ball that was hitting the stumps

More importantly, what would Mcgrath average of he had Aamir Sohail shelling a catch in the slips off his bowling once a week? Would he have continued with his same corridor bowling MO and retained his effectiveness or be forced to bowl a straighter line somewhat negating the advantages his height gave him and blunting the effectiveness of his most prolific mode of dismissal?
McGrath is taking a significant hit if he has Pak slip cordon. I would imagine there are around 50 or more wickets off slip or other catches that are simply beyond the ability of Pak fielders, forgetting even the drops.

Australia used to benefit so much from decisions going their way. Introduction of technology in broadcast and then implementation of DRS has changed everything and made cricket fair.

Previously the game was kind of a joke with shocking decisions every day of every game.

With DRS, I am certain that neither the great Australian side nor the great Windies side would have been as dominant as they were. They'd have lost fair few series at home!

What makes you say that considering India haven’t lost series at home in last 11 years despite DRS ?
However I do believe they might have lost few more Tests at home and also won few more overseas .

Indian spinners are the biggest beneficiaries of DRS! Thats why they haven't lost at home, plus India's never had two world class bowling allrounders before.

I reckon at least 65% of all LBWs given on bouncy Australian wickets prior to DRS were dubious, therefore every olden Australian seamer's bowling average is open to contention.

That decision was the least controversial of the 3 decision that went against Tendulkar in 6 innings.
Adelaide 1st innings and SCG 1st innings were more obvious howlers which are less discussed .
Let's talk about Harbhajan's hattrick instead, only 1 of the wickets was actually out

Remind me, which country was against bringing in DRS, the most useful tool for fairness in cricketing decisions?

*mic drop*

I'll leave this here as I saw someone minimising pakistani umpire effect earlier
Ok but is that accusation that Pak bowlers greatly benefitted from it or that foreign bowlers greatly were disadvantaged from it. I saw more evidence of the latter but again there were neutral umpires also partly there in the 90s.
