going well with liverpool, into yr 2010 dominating europe with 3 from 5 attempts at the champions league with the last attempt falling short in the final on penalty shoot outs. 5 english premier league trophies in 7 years and got engladn to dominate before getting sacked after the world cup due to plenty of injuries.......re appointed by holland and enjoying.........plenty of regens coming through and its looking good for liverpool with bugs malone at the helm..... current season, played 8 won 7 drawn 1- 0 loss's scoring plenty and keeping heaps out so for and against is going well.....cl in the group stages with milan so = pegging for the lead of the group..just loss to them over there 2 - 0 so its all good.

Well any new manager on the game doesn't get the same amount of cash that the computer manager would.

Actually after some good results I got an improved transer fee of 21m for January. So that made it 26m total for the season. I had to pester them for it though. Not too often though. Didn't want to make the board angry. Then out of the blue. Money!!!!! Too bad it was after the 1st transfer period.

I'm playing the demo so can't do that. When I get the game however I might do that however I was trying to buy either Joe Cole or Shaun Wright-Phillips. I was interested in Bradley too. I signed Freddy Adu but that's not till January so I won't get to use him. He was free though which was cool. Hope the same is true in the future.

Opened up a four point gap with Liverpool at the top of the EPL, and Cisse has just been a revelation with over 25 goals. Beat Man Utd 2-0 in the FA Cup 5th round with Robinho getting two goals.

Also I have decided for a challenage to manage Coventry (Peter Reid got sacked) and save them from relegation, and after my two games I have got one win and a draw and I am a point or two above relegation zone. So I am doing both Coventry and Liverpool.

Marc, what formation did Coventry play in real life, I am playing a diamond with Neil Wood in the hole. It has had some success.

Neil Wood is ridiculously good in the game I've found, and Stephen Hughes way under-rated.

I think my City team had a 4-1-3-2 with the wide central midfielders pushing out outside the forwards, but deleted it a while ago!

I also have noticed that I'm over in my wages, so I'm cancelling a few loan contracts of players who didn't do a whole lot.

Had a lot of injuries - now he's fit(tish) he's done the decent thing in signing a 3 year deal for Coventry as recognition of the faith we had in him last summer.

Apparently he had offers from the Premiership.

As it's first season then Criag, I'd just say good luck, you'll need it!

I was playing with Australia and the game has asked me to select squads for the WC playoff with the south american team and the oceania nations cup. The WC playoff has a limit of 26 players but the other is only 22. I ok'ed the squad for the WC playoff but now can't confirm the squad for the ONC, which means i can't advance the game at all...anyone had this happen to them before?

HELP!

Nope, i must select 22 players (only) for the ONC...but have 26 locked in for the WC playoff game and can't...de-select anyone...

That seems pretty messed up. Only someone who's managed Australia for a fair bit of time can help there because that's a very unique situation.

Still, Crotone signed me up within a fortnight and I've won 6 out of 6 to take us from 9th to top with 2 games to go.

Problem is I don't think we're ready for promotion yet.

Seems odd they would sack you so early.

As for me I started up a new game with Inter taking the league and CL in my first season by got knocked out by Sampdoria on away goals in the Italian Cup. I lost the first leg 2-0 away but in the second leg I got an early goal thanks to Emre, before Adriano and Burdisso both have goals disallowed. Adriano then got two goals to put me 3-2 up and thought that's it game over and made all three subs to shut the game down, before losing two players to injuries (which they had to go off) and Samp got a late goal to take it 3-3 and they went through on away goals (they beat Juve in the Italian Cup). Although I got my revenge in the 05/06 Italian Super Cup by beating them 5-1.
