One that I've been thinking about for a while and definitely at the more frivolous end of drafts.
Everyone taking part will get a hidden objective that informs how they have to draft that obviously isn't shared with anyone else. For example you might get told you can only draft players who played for either Australia or New Zealand, or that all of your players have to have the same initials*.
The draft is then goes ahead in normal fashion and at the end maybe we'll have something where people try and guess everyone's hidden objective and then vote on who drafted the best team given their constraint. I doubt that the objectives are all going to be balanced, so it's more in the spirit of fun than being uber-competitive.
*These two objectives are both much more boring than the objectives will be. It's difficult to give a good example without spoiling one from my list.
Who is interested?
