I shall have words with Ian for you iam sure the WP ground could do with a lick of paint and tidying up, oh and when you have done that you could grabs the players bags, they have a plane to catch for their off-season hols

The Board is responsible for all major decisions affecting the running and infrastructure of WCC. Obviously Blewy is the ultimate power in such decisions, but the Board votes on alot of issues. They also help keep us in line.

you dont neicisarily have to be succesful. I managed worcestershire pretty unsuccesfully before becoming a board member.
Also, bugssy is the manager of a pretty hopeless team :P :P
But as the other guys have said, u have to be around for a while and show you are committed. And being on the good side with the rest of the board helps.

alternatively a bribe is of course just as good.
