Help!!!! ICC 2K2 not working

Hey, ICC 2k2 does'nt work for me. When i start it up and its goes to the main screen i get that error message in the picture. I tried uninstalling and installing but that didn't fix the problem? What could be wrong???

Looks like corrupted databases to me.

Try downloading these two:
http://gosh.ex.ac.uk/~nsp201/dataT.db
http://gosh.ex.ac.uk/~nsp201/dataP.db

Not sure they're totally accurate - Matthew Hoggard and Marvan Atapattu may be entirely wrong.

First of all, are you running windows XP ? If not, it seems you are missing run time DLL's, because the error says visual c++ error.
You will need to install directX as well if not using XP.

I am using XP but i didn't have any problems before i played it for a long time.
