Has there been more brainless batting in a series?

How many times this series has a side got a good position. Then you get a few batsmen doing some weird shots and losing their wickets cheaply. Happened earlier today with England when they were in a decent position. Now with Australi after getting a handy lead and not much on the pitch.

Certainly been the weirdest of series.....don't get me wrong aus overall the better side and I don't think we're stifffed to be 2 down. But seriously......its like neither side is capable of stringing together 2 or 3 good sessions without imploding.

Whole things just been odd.........its test cricket, but not as we know it, not as we know it Jim
