All anecdotal nonsense in my opinion, he has it pretty easy from what I can tell.

It depends on the definition of "hard". Physically it would be the fast bowler. But then as a batsman it can mean one mistake and your day is over. You have the wicketkeeper who has to concentrate on every ball (admittedly the current crop of imposters don't always but they're supposed to.) The umpires job is nigh on impossible, though at the top level they have a cop out. Then there's the groundsman who will be blamed unless the wicket has something in it for everyone. Then there's the ice-cream seller who, particularly in England, is relying on decent weather to earn a living. Then there's the England selectors who have to spend their time watching domestic cricket in South Africa in order to spot the next generation of Test cricketers as early as possible.

Alright then, hopes. And dreams. Still a tough gig. Judging from comments I've seen made by Bangladesh fans, a lot of them do expect to win - at least at home. They have a tendency to over-optimism, perhaps.

Opening the batting and bowling leg spin, most difficult skills to master. Fast bowling though is the toughest on the body.
