Indeed. I was ready to call time and give him more of it with his family, but you certainly hope it has nothing to do with his little one.

I don't want to go too morbid or whatever, but I assumed straight it was. The thing she suffered had a potentially high relapse rate iirc. That he hasn't gone home straight away is a very good sign though

Wrote up an article under the impression it was a potential form-related change. As soon as 'personal reasons' came into it, that's scrapped entirely.

If the personal reasons are related to his kid, I really hope all is well. I really, really, really hope for his sake it isn't that though.

IIRC, his family is based in England currently anyway.

Yeah, hope it's not anything too bad on the family front. It's concerning when his daughter has been ill before.
