Hussey built up his freak average slogging at the end of the innings. He's as good at it as anyone, he's just been getting out recently rather than being not out 80% of the time. Not a huge concern really.

Awesome hit by Symonds there.

Tremendous stuff by Australia but perversely South Africa after 20 overs would have taken 377, no doubt about that and Australia’s hitting off the last ten was pretty mediocre considering the start. Still think they have more than enough, they do have a slow bowler and Tait could either by a handful or the biggest load of **** since Mick Lewis here but I do fancy him troubling a couple of the South Africans. Overall the Australians have delivered on their promise, if the South Africans do then we will have a classic.

I fear (or can't wait until) that Tait could get smashed big-style this match, on a flat deck, and the SA batsmen are used to pace, if Smith/Gibbs get going it could be messy.

Nice death bowling there, could have been alot worse for SA. Pretty confident here. After 434 you never want to say never, but I'm pretty confident. Can't wait to see how Tait and Watson bowl as well.

Yeah, Tait's definitely a chance to go for heaps. On the other hand, he could knock over three wickets with the new ball and basically win the game on his own. That's why he's fun to watch. :p

Given the wicket and the small ground, it is not impossible for South Africa according to me.
South Africa are the only team (with their batting order) I would fancy to win this game and make no bones about it if Smith and AB get off to a good start then Australia have no chance. Only way Australia will win this game is by getting Smith earlier but Hogg should be a threat and if he isn't then he should never play for Australia again. Bracken also, bowls decent cutters and what not and his angle maybe a problem for Smith. Whatever happens it will be entertaining.
