Yeah he's the sort of player people think *should* be good at T20 cricket but his bowling is really unsuited to it and he's never really cracked the formula with the bat either. To his credit he rarely wastes balls - he just gets out early - so he's not a liability the way some of the other 'picked on ODI reputation' players can be.
