Due to Liams advice.. I have decided that ALL Grounds will have a Typical Starting Bounce of High or Very High...

This does not mean that the bounce can not start at Average or Lower, but just means that the likelyhood is less and that the pitch will not deteriorate to quickly, thus "hopefully" meaning the Low team scores are limited...
