The Wheel is Forever
Ah yes, the days when men walked uphill both ways to get to the stadium and no one ever lied.
I was at the stand straight across midwicket from that end. Had I had a camera I reckon i would have made a few bucks with that on print..M Waugh catches Laxman, second innings Chennai 2001. Laxman's expression is priceless.

It was Dinesh Karthik's catch.. it was a blinder alright.Ponting took an insane grab at silly point in the last test in India in 04 (I think it was in Clarke's spell of 6-9). Haven't found it yet, but I'll keep looking. Crazy relfexes.
Edit: found it a 4.30 odd in this clip:

I was at that game. January 3rd 1988. Great catch. Craig McDermott was the batsman. Looked like it was going for six then Patel comes around and plucks it out of the air.Does anyone have a link to Dipak Patel's catch against Australia in Perth from 1987??
I won't say never; England were still involvedAh yes, the days when men walked uphill both ways to get to the stadium and no one ever lied.
Win. That was extraordinary.JP Duminy's in the Twenty20 where he caught Dave Hussey, running backwards and just had to wait until the ball came into view, and snared it when it came over his left shoulder.
I was on the Hill at the SCG when Dyson took that catch. Was amazing. Later the same day Bruce Yardley took a screamer in the gully too. Quality day.John Dyson's catch of Sylvester Clarke at the SCG in 81/82 is my all time favourite as it was the first truly classic catch I saw live on television.
John Embury took an absolute blinder in the 1986/87 one day series against Australia to dismiss Ken MacLeay IIRC.
