Cricketer Of The Year
A sad, sad loss. My thoughts are with his family who loved him so much.
It actually makes me quite angry. I know people who work for the NZ railways and this sort of thing is completely shattering to the train driver. Another life ruined.I also feel for the Train Driver as well.

Is judgement necessary? The consequences of suicide might appear selfish but not necessarily the motivation from people who are in such a state they think they're doing their lives ones and the world a favour by leaving it.Yeah, suicide is selfish at the best (worst?) of times but making another person directly complicit in your immediate demise is unforgivable, however messed up you'd have to be to consider the option in the first place.
Yeah might have worded my post differently tbf, certainly didn't mean for it to sound as flippant as it did. I have sympathy and even admiration for the suicide despite it being something of a contradiction from an ethical pov: responsibility to the self and whether that entails self-preservation at all costs VS responsibility to those with whom you share a life. Get out of here with this rank bullshitYeah, suicide is selfish at the best (worst?) of times

It's also really hard on the emergency services who come to the scene. I've got family who were paramedics and they always said that people who were hit by trains were the worst scenes to go to.It actually makes me quite angry.
