Always keep your eyes on the spot you want the ball to pitch as your running in and delivering the ball. Also try and keep an upright action and avoid falling away as you deliver the ball

Bowling a slower ball is all about practising what works best for you, and mastering it. Try a few variations and see what you find most effective and just keep practising it in the nets. It is unwise to try an un-mastered slower ball in a match as it is more than likely to come out wrong. There is no "right" way to perfom a slower ball, it is about how efficiently the bowler can execute one
