well i dont sledge him full stop, coz I get on alright with him. But everyone else does, all the time, b4 the game, during it, when hes bowling, when hes batting. And he does bowl poorly for it though. It comes down quicker, but he sprays it, so you just gotta get a bit of bat on him, and you got some easy runs.Son Of Coco said:You don't sledge him just before he's about to bowl do you? Or does he bowl crap when upset?
Not looking at anyone in particular Mr McGrath...Son Of Coco said:At least he's not claiming innocence on his teams behalf.
It just makes me sick when people like you come here and start defending the sh!t your players have been pouring all over the world.telsor said:The infamous McGrath-Sarwan incident came about from Sarwan sledging McGrath ( something about his wife, who was under treatment for cancer at the time ).
Have you just outed Mr McGrath?!?!Slow Love™ said:Has anybody ever considered the possibility that McGrath was just genuinely curious about what Brian Lara's **** tasted like?
That one incident is completely different to the other sledging incidents though.Sanz said:It just makes me sick when people like you come here and start defending the sh!t your players have been pouring all over the world.
Well, I personally dont like sledging and dont care who does it. If a side does it to mentally get back at you that means they are not good enough at least in their mind they think that their cricketing skills alone are are not suffice to win the game and that is why their need to sledge.marc71178 said:That one incident is completely different to the other sledging incidents though.

A Look at your signature is enough to tell all of us who is here to boost the LOST ego . Look at the way you wrote your statement 'Imran asked Sirikant' (another way of ego boosting) as if Imran was the captain of both the teams. . It should have been both the captains agreed to play and not 'Imran Asked'Bouncer said:Yeah it wasnt an international game, but surprise how some people can still use it to boast their Lost Ego.......
..the game was actually washed out but there was so much a crowd that imran asked Kris Sirikant to play an un-official game of 20 or 25 overs.
Anthony McGrath?marc71178 said:Not looking at anyone in particular Mr McGrath...
I don't think anyone asked for your sympathy.Sanz said:It just makes me sick when people like you come here and start defending the sh!t your players have been pouring all over the world.
I mean how much biased one has to be to blatantly lie about this issue ?? Mcgrath deserved what he got, He was lucky that he didn't get punished for his verbal abuse. He deserves NO sympathy from me.
well, if it was indeed imran khan's idea, and he decided to put it to srikanth, who then agreed, it was "imran asked" isnt' it?Sanz said:A Look at your signature is enough to tell all of us who is here to boost the LOST ego . Sourav Ganguly said that it was a way of trying to get the opposition batsmen out and as such, he has tried it a few times too, although he, personally, never sledges people who don't sledge him. I think Fleming is world renowned for sledging on and especially, off the field. I think the Sri Lankans have always been sledgers, esp. during the Asia Cup final, when they all rounded up Mohd. Kaif and sledged him when he was out. Pakistan have sledged a few times too. I think it is probably only the West Indies (atleast post 95 since when I have watched them a lot) who play the game the right way. Then again, they lose so much that they probably thought we might as well lose by playing nicely.Son Of Coco said:I don't think anyone asked for your sympathy.
It makes me sick when people come on here pointing the finger at one country, at least Kirsten had the balls to say his team was up there with Australia in the sledging stakes.......not like some poor innocent victims I could mention.
I went to Old Trafford on the last day this summer and you could hear the WI's (esp Best and Bravo) giving some proper lip from 60 yards away....all teams do ithonestbharani said:Sourav Ganguly said that it was a way of trying to get the opposition batsmen out and as such, he has tried it a few times too, although he, personally, never sledges people who don't sledge him. True, but India probably appeal more. Certainly where bat/pad chances are concerned.Dydl said:Some do it more than others though. The Aussies sledge more than India for example.
