Some things never change. Sledger has been violating forum rules ever since he became forum member, getting banned, his friends complain that the ban is unfair and the saga continues.

Don't think bun is a troll either.
Basically the forum demographics are changing and there will be more different opinions ,but it does not mean trolling to have one.
There are some who hide their opinions to please the majority,and some who have conviction and do not bulge.

If everybody had the same or slightly differing opinion and the same style of posting ,then the forum would be a old boys club only with restricted entry.

Why is trolling deemed a 5 point offence and insulting other members and ignoring moderator instructions 8 point offences?

Trolling should at least be on the same level as insults, surely.
