Yea well there can be multiple howlers in a certain period of play. Theoretically, there aren't that many contentious decisions even in 100 overs that if you were to review every one you would lose time. Cricket is a stop start game anyway.
The fear is, though, that players would review even all the decisions they thought were out (including obvious catches I guess) just in case of a missed no-ball, or in the case of lbws DRS messing up in some way
