Y no Afghanistan flag
you would still pick hadlee for the 90s?
It appears that way.

Look the kid (Hadlee) is an all time great and he was still bowling awesome in the 1990s.

Nearly picked Chris Cairns in 10th until I remembered Sir Richard.

Glenn McGrath
Curtley Ambrose
Waqar Younis ( Its never easy to bowl in sub-continent and his record proves why he was lethal in Asia )
Wasim Akram
Allan Donald
Dale Steyn ( Nobody comes closer to this man in this era... )
Courtney Walsh
Shaun Pollock
Jason Gillespie
Craig McDermott

Shoaib Akhtar, Fanie de Villiers, Heath Streak, Ian Bishop, Chaminda Vaas, Zaheer Khan, Javagal Srinath, James Anderson, Makhaya Ntini, Brett Lee, Freddie Flintoff all did well but fails to make it to Top 10!

Would you keep this man at no. 1 if you were doing these rankings on 31st December, 1999?

Agree with most of those names, but streak over Srinath and Vaas is a joke.
No, it's not. Those 3 are close, and comparable to one another - especially if only the 90s are concerned.

Srinath and Vaas won matches for their teams single handedly. Cannot recall Streak having that impact as Vaas and Srinath.
